I brought my wife and 2 teenage daughters to see The Sound of Music this last December as one of our holiday outings. The princess of Wales Theatre is always a an exciting day out, but i wasn't so sure about this play. Sure I know so many people who love it, including my wife who can often be caught waltzing to the tunes of this famous play around the house at any given moment.

For Toronto seniors who’ve just recently retired, there’s probably no better way to celebrate than to hop on to that new car you bought with your retirement money and take the wife out (with the grand kids if you like) for a Sunday drive. Toronto is a great place to start off from because it is near so many interesting places that are one or two hours drive away.

This is a great game to play with a small group at home. All you need is a deck of cards. Here is a little background though: Historians say that Euchre probably gets its roots from the game Jucker, a game played in Alsace. Euchre reached America in the early nineteenth century. It is said that this was the game for which the Joker was invented and added to the playing-card pack in the 1850s most likely to serve as the high trump.
